Fascias & Rafters
We rebuild rotted fascias and can wrap them in aluminum or steel, preventing the customer from having to paint them until the metal is removed. We also rebuild soffits. and rebuild sagging rafters. We also re-deck roofs with plywood or whatever decking you prefer, keeping the structural integrity up to date and safe.
Standing Seam
We use dynamic or Englert brand standing seam coil metal. Both long-lasting and 30 or more year fade warranties on the paint coat. Both options are Kynar 5000 coated for less heat transfer into the house.
We focus a lot on prep work to make sure the metal lies on the roof correctly, and we fabricate almost every part of the roof on site. We use fastening techniques that ensure our roofs are more windproof than most, things we’ve learned over a thousand of standing seam roofs in our family’s history. We use only leading brands like Grace ice and water shield around all weak points(chimneys valleys, eaves, skylights, cheek walls) top of the line synthetic underlayment like topguard 2 for your second layer of protection and tripolymer silicone to ensure top of the line results. (This all applies to every other roof besides rubber. There’s no underlayment on rubber) we also do high end 16 or 20 oz copper roofing for customers too.
Shingles
We use Owen’s Corning shingles and fasten it to the roof with a “hurricane pattern” to ensure durability (1 – 2 -2 – 1 nail pattern) we can use custom color drip edge with 1” overhang to shoot water farther away from the house or we can also use standardized color 1/2” drip edge as well. These have a limited lifetime warranty on the shingles.
Rubber
We can handle anything from the largest commercial roofs to more basic residentials.
Rubber roofs last an average of 40 years, and we have 30 + year experience installers. We can build curbs, mount HVAC units, and tie into other style roofs like shingles
Silicon Coating
We use a brand Gaco Flex and know the ins and out of coating. This brand has a warranty of 50 years limited lifetime warranty. We sometimes have to use a two part epoxy as a first layer to ensure a proper bond and then two layers of silicone. This product remains permanently flexible and is great for roofs that pool water since there is no seams. this is a great option for people with rubber roofs that are getting older in age, because it’s more cost effective that rubber, but it’s not great for at the “end of their life” roofs. It’s not designed for crumbling apart roofs.
DaVinci Composite Shakes
Since maybe real cedar shake roofs are being dropped on people insurance for fire risk, composites are a great option. They look real, are made with 100% polymer for durability with the color blended into the material. They will last for many decades without sealing or stain coating like you have to do for maintenance with normal shakes. We are proud to be manufacturer Installers for this company, and with that we can extend the warranties they offer. They have many colors in composite slate and composite shakes. These products pair great with copper.
Real Slate
Slate has a timeless and elegant look but also can last well over 150 years. It comes in natural color variations and textures. It’s very fire and storm resistant. It adds value to your home but also is 100% natural making it eco friendly and fully recyclable with less material being used on the home from fewer replacements. Very minimal upkeep. We also do slate repairs on homes. Keeping a current slate roof in optimal shape and condition.
Roof Inspection
Our certified roofers can provide top end inspections for home owners, usually over the skill level of a general Inspector since we know roofs at a deeper level.
We can also provide inspections for homebuyers or home sellers looking to credit future home buyers. It’s nice to have professional eyes on your homes exterior.
Seamless Gutters
Fewer joints mean fewer weak points—seamless gutters are far less likely to leak than traditional sectional systems. And seamless gutters are cut on site to perfectly fit the dimensions of your home. They’re low maintenance and aluminum doesn’t rust so it’s very weather resistant. They’re lightweight and durable. We offer 5” and 6” with options of underground routing for water paths. Will typically last 20-30 years.
Siding
We provide all types of siding. Normal vinyl double 4, 5, triple 3, vinyl board and batten, vinyl cedar shake and also real cedar shake. All real wood products we install as well. We do standing seam siding, and LP smart siding and hardy/cement board. We also do masonry work on homes surfaces for stone veneer. Trust us with your full homes exterior. We keep rain out and customers satisfied.
Chimneys
We rebuild brick chimneys to provide water tight finishes but saftey. A crumbly chimney can fall through a home, potentially resulting in death. It’s very important to keep your chimneys in adequate operating order and maintained. A well built chimney can last 50-100 years or more. And keeps the house more energy efficient.
We also resurface chimneys with stone veneer most commonly Adirondack natural stone adding elegance to your house and increasing homes value and curb appeal.
Windows & Doors
A lot of jobs we run into bad windows and doors or rotten framing around windows and doors. We will be happy to replace them for our customers as a one stop shop. We have reliable carpenters that can tackle any job.
